My personal training programs include
everything you need to get the results you want. I custom design nutrition and exercise programs. I educate you so that you
can live healthy and fit for the rest of your life.
Private personal training consist of private sessions in my fitness studio or at Balboa Park, or at your home.
I develop a nutritional and supplements program based on your Body Composition Assessment and goals so you can get results
you seek.
Buddy Sessions. Train with your best
friend, husband, girlfriend or co-worker. A buddy system always works and you save some money!
Group Sessions. I teach Boot Camp at Balboa
Park every Saturday at 7 am at my private fitness studio. 10$ per class.
