Sasha is a wonderful trainer. I've been working with her for half a year. She's friendly, supportive, and communicative, and tough. She's very knowledgeable, and her sessions are never boring. She switches things up, challenges you, and always puts on emphasis on good form. Hire her, you won't regret it.

   It took 2 long years of training and not seeing results to finally say, "I need a trainer". The problem was that all the trainers that I saw in every gym either didn't look like they worked out. Or they didn't seem interested in their clients. It seemed like all they cared about was getting more money out of their clients instead of helping them reach their goals. So for me, is was and will always be about finding the right trainer.
   That's where Sasha came into the picture. She was the only trainer that I saw that actually worked out and had the results to prove it. I also liked that she actually cares about how I'm doing in my program and is passionate about helping me reach my goals. Not like some of these trainers that you see around some of the big name gyms.
   So I got with Sasha, and within three months she managed to help me achieve the look that I've been wanting for a very long time. I can't tell you how hard I trained before I met Sasha. I always pushed myself everytime in the gym and never saw that change that I've seen in the three months that I've trained with Sasha.
   All that I can really say is, if you train with Sasha, you'll finally get the look that you've been wanting too.

My name is Jada Kelly and I started working with Sasha in  the first week of February 2010. I wanted to do my first figure show the following July, but meeting with her inspired me to try an NPC bikini competition on March 27, 2010 (8 weeks later).


 

 

 

Sasha was wonderful and knowledgeable throughout my entire process. She didn't make crazy promises, she just challenged me and encouraged me to stick with a program. She changed my program weekly to fit my needs and body type and answered every question I had along the way. With her help, I competed and placed in my first show!!!    Two months ago, I showed up at Sasha's Boot Camp at Lake Balboa. I really had no idea what I was up against.  I had some reservations because I have some physical issues; messed up back and other things that ail my body.  Nevertheless, Sasha's awareness of my problem areas, modified movements without compromising effectiveness.

Sasha is in -your -face quite literally.  She will pull every last bit out of you.  Her trainings are always mixed up so you  have lots of variety.
   I am 45, down 25 pounds and for the first time in my life I know I can realistically reach my fitness goals because of Sasha's training expertise and healthy nutrition.

April, 2010. My goal was to lose weight and strengthen my back, core, and chest.

I've achieved those goals! But I want to continue strengthening plus still lose a little fat.
3. Do you feel you are receiving the results you want during each training sessions?
Yes.
4. What do you like about the training sessions?
Working with Sasha and the attention to my personal physical limits (shoulder) and preferences (strong back and core).
5. What did you like BEST about your appointment experience?
It's very easy and Sasha is always ready. The sms reminders are a very helpful!
6. What do you think should change during sessions?
I can't think of any changes.. If anything maybe a bit more stretching at the end. I think I need that.

I think if your clients are on track with their nutrition, maybe some occasional suggestions for meals etc, as well as an "upgrade" if clients wantto take their nutrition / supplements to the next level.

Yes, very reasonable.
10. Please comment about the PERSONAL TRAINING EXPERIENCE overall:It has been far more effective that I imagined. My nutrition has been modified drastically, but in a very natural and effective way.I've never felt as healthy. I feel like I'm in great shape but the training has never "flattened out" to where I feel like I'm not progressing. I'm still excited about getting into even better shape. Sasha is great to work with! Life changer!!

I started last year and my goal was to lose weight and get tone for my wedding.
3. How far do you think to achieving your goal (s)?
I got to my goal for my wedding but now I gained again due to hypothyroidism (I just found out I had which was a big part of my reason for gaining so much and that was why I was so tired and weak last sessions).
3. Do you feel you are receiving the results you want during each training sessions?
I felt stronger and had more energy after each session. I felt encouraged.

I liked that it was customized to my ability of performance in a way that was not discouraging but at the same time made us work and showed results.

Sasha was very flexible with appointments.  She was always on time and open to changes.
6. What do you think should change during sessions? nothing.

Sasha is the best trainer I have had out of the MANY trainers I have tried. I have and will continue recommending her to everyone.

Yes, especially if you partner up with a friend. Not sure what the rate is if I come alone, maybe its more which then causes a bit of a problem for me if i cant find a friend that wants to work out with me.

It was a pleasure to train with Sasha.  She was a great part of me feeling beautiful at my wedding.  She too comes from a family where food is the superstar so she is very understanding and can relate to us.  She is does not have ridiculous eating plans or workout plans.  She is very reasonable in a way where she knows how to bring out the most of your workouts without making you suffer too much. She's good and she's very knowledgeable in fitness and health. Thank you Sasha!

   Sasha is an amazing trainer. She makes working out fun and switches things up to keep you on your toes. Sasha is very professional and very result driven. If you follow her nutrition plan and consistently workout with her you will be amazed at the results. She is also very accommodating to your needs.
